For your route-specific quote
- Share pickup/destination city or PIN, motorcycle/scooter model, engine size
  or EV status, preferred date, running status and access restrictions.
- Ask for packing, loading, transport, collection/delivery, tax and protection
  terms individually. A station fare is not a door-to-door total.
- Confirm payment identity, cancellation terms, responsible carrier and
  collection/delivery arrangements in writing.

Before dispatch
- Confirm the actual carrier's document requirements.
- Photograph both sides and existing marks; record keys, accessories and
  condition with the person receiving the bike.
- Confirm packing and removable accessory handling; keep a handover record.
- Follow the actual carrier's fuel/battery preparation instructions.
  For electric two-wheelers, check acceptance and battery-handling needs.

If comparing Indian Railways yourself
- Use the official station-pair/engine calculator and confirm parcel versus
  luggage arrangements with the parcel office.
- Add confirmed packing and transfers at both stations to the comparison.
